Chairman Tan Sri Dato' KOO YUEN KIM D.P.T.J.J.P As a Malaysian Chinese entrepreneur, the Chairman of Perfect (China) Co., Ltd. Tan Sri Dato' KOO YUEN KIM D.P.T.J.J.P is a well-known figure in both the Malaysia business world and Malaysian Chinese community. His remarkable business acumen and savvy has lead his entrepreneurial ventures to success both in China and Malaysia. He was conferred the title of "Justice of Peace" by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysian (King of Malaysia) in July 2000 and again conferred as a D.P.T.J. or "Dato" by the State Ruler of Negeri Sembilan in July 2002. In June 2010, Perfect China's Chairman was conferred the title "Tan Sri Dato' KOO YUEN KIM D.P.T.J.J.P" by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. During 2008, Perfect China won the "Chinese Entrepreneur Special Contribution Award" which is given by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Of The State Council of People's Republic of China. Tan Sri Dato' Koo is also well know as a philanthropist and have been involved in countless charity work in Malaysia and China since founding Perfect China in 1994. Tan Sri Dato' Koo's philanthropic contributions to China has not gone unnoticed. Cities which have benefited from his charitable work have bestowed him Honorary Citizen of the respective cities including Zhongshan, Guangdong province, where Perfect China head office is located. Vice Chairman Mr. Hooy Kok Wai Perfect (China) Co., Ltd.'s Vice Chairman, Mr. Hooy Kok Wai is a Singaporean entrepreneur of exceptional management acumen. He received his University education in Singapore and the United States, studying economics and business management.  Mr. Hooy has rich management and marketing experience in the Direct Marketing industry. Mr Hooy is an Honorary Citizen of Zhongshan, Guangdong province, as well as other Chinese cities. Besides being the Honorary Chairman of Zhongshan Association of Singapore, he is also associated with numerous leadership duties in business consortiums in Singapore such as the Director of the Yen Lee Group, Singapore.

President Mr. Woo Swee Lian Mr. Woo Swee Lian, a Malaysian Chinese entrepreneur, is the President of Perfect (China) Co., Ltd. He is a well recognized figure in the Malaysian corporate world and has rich experience in direct marketing and motivational training. His reputation in Direct Marketing is reflected in the success he achieved in the United States, Canada, Indonesia and Singapore direct marketing industry. Mr. Woo is the visiting Professor of Jiangnan University and the Executive Chairman of the Tsinghua Alumni Association for CEOs. In addition, Mr. Woo was conferred the title of Honorary Chairman of the Guangdong Jiangsu Chamber Of Commerce, Honorary Chairman of Malaysian Association in Guangdong (MAG), and Committee of the China Women Development Foundation (CWDF). In recognition of his outstanding efforts both internationally and in China to raise funds for the CWDF's "Water Cellar for Mothers" Project, Mr. Woo was honored with the title "Water Cellar for Mothers Ambassador". This project aims to enable people in closed-off and undeveloped western region of China to be self sufficient in water.
